Being Quaker Doing Quaker

Being Quaker Doing Quaker Learning Resource

Sharing our personal stories is a powerful way of connecting with other Friends and building a deep sense of community.

Quaker Life has prepared a simple resource entitled Being Quaker Doing Quaker to support groups working on this theme - please click on the link below to download a copy. We hope that Friends in meetings will consider using these materials as a way of deepening our spiritual lives.

Gift Squares Activity

Guidance on the Gift Squares activity, which was used at the Quaker Life Faith and Practice Conference 2010, is also available to download by clicking on the link below.

This activity offers a creative response at Meeting events or workshops - leading perhaps to worship sharing or all-age worship. Friends bring their finished squares as gifts to share with the group in the form of a patchwork carpet in the centre of the gathering.
